Couscous

 

 

The couscous is rooted back to the Northern Africa to the ancient Berber tribes. It is made of crushed durum wheat semolina. Its advantage in a very fast five-minute cooking and a pleasant taste. The high content of vitamin B creates a positive effect on the whole body, increasing vitality and strengthening immunity.
Country of origin: Tunisia, Italy, Morocco and Turkey
The packaging comes in bags of 25 and 50 kilograms.
