Quinoa is a rather a pseudo-cereal grain crop of the Amaranth family that grows high in the mountains in the southern America. Nowadays quinoa has caused worldwide hype among the healthy diet followers. It has an ancient origin and was the main food of the Native Americans. Quinoa is high in vegetable protein, amino acids and other very important elements. It is necessary in the diet of children and people involved in sports. Its value lies in beneficial effects on the functioning of the nervous system, it is an excellent restorative agent, has ability to slow down the aging process and reduce the risk of cancer.

Chia – is so called one of the healthiest foods on Earth. The homeland of this superfood is Latin America. The Aztec heritage has gained popularity among vegetarians around the world for its high calcium content. Chia is one of the most famous sources of beneficial fatty acids: omega-3 and omega-6, which are not produced in the body, but are vital for the cardiovascular system, stimulates the brain.
