Bulgur

 

 

Known from biblical times, it is widely used in the Middle East, the Caucasus and other southern countries.
Bulgur is a durum wheat that undergoes heat treatment in a special way, thus saving almost all the beneficial properties of whole grain. It contains coarse dietary fiber and important vitamins necessary for a healthy human diet. Having a low glycemic index is suitable for nutrition for weight loss and diabetes.
